  • Comfortable "Modern C" neck profile
  • 9.5" radius fingerboard
  • 22 medium jumbo frets
  • Crafted in Ensenada, Mexico

Crafted in the Ensenada, Mexico, manufacturing facility, this genuine Fender Player Series replacement guitar neck features a comfortable "modern C" profile and 9.5"-radius fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets. The nut is pre-slotted with "pilot" string location grooves to make spacing a breeze when performing the final string slot filing, and a satin finish on the back offers smooth playability. For true Fender authenticity, it's also serialized and stamped, with a genuine headstock decal. This replacement neck is for a Fender or Squier® by Fender guitar. Because Fender genuine replacement necks have not been mounted to guitar bodies, nut slots must be cut by qualified personnel. Other installation processes may be required, such as fret work, fitting the neck to the neck pocket, and other instrument setup procedures.

As of Feb 2023 these are going for a very good price. Nothing on Reverb even comes close. I bought it to use on a left handed setup, because genuine Fender Pau Ferro lefty necks are unobtainium these days. This is basically a left-handed neck with the side dots on the other side and the Fender logo upside down. The nut that comes pre-installed only has very shallow and thin cuts to line up string spacing correctly, so I was able to cut it for left handed rather than right without removing and replacing it. I used those yellow plastic handled nut files available here on amazon and they worked great. As stated in the title the side dots are on the opposite side in my application. There are decals you can get here on Amazon if you depend on these but they are noticeable if you keep your thumb palm are close when you play. I don't really use them so it wasn't an issue for me. The price is so good compared to the full retail of a lefty that it's worth it to just get this one, especially since no pau ferro lefties are available right now. These Fender player 22 fret necks are incredibly playable and so much better than the older Mexi necks. The frets are just the right size and required no dressing or filing. The truss rod was properly adjusted from the factory. I am using Fender 250L 9-42 strings. I liked the price and quality so much I bought a spare to stick in the closet for future use. Remember to use left-handed tuners on this neck even if you use it as intended for right hand, otherwise the little alignment pins will be on the wrong side. I got the genuine fender left handed locking staggered set available here on Amazon and they worked perfectly.
