The fit is super comfortable and not bulky at all!! I feel like I'm wearing regular underwear that just happens to collect my period. Goodbye to tampons and pads! This is so much more comfortable and long lasting than a tampon. It does not leak at all and is super easy to clean after use. Where have these been all my life? For such an uncomfortable experience having a period is, this helps ease that. I would rate it 6 stars if I could!!-the wife of the amazon user who bought this

I wear pads for bladder issues and sometimes those pads leak. I’ve tried other similar underwear and they’re good, but these are a bit better. They have waist band which makes them not only more comfortable but easier to hang on to when putting on/off.

These cannot handle my menstrual flow. They leak through. I have a set from another brand in the granny undies style that do work. These are cute though and I wear them on the final days to catch spotting or in case of surprise sneezes or random jumping (younger women won’t be familiar with this experience).

i'm a heavy flow girlie. i can soak through an overnight pad in an hour. i've been using these for about a year, and they are really helpful for catching leaks, especially at night. i can't use them as my only method because i have such a heavy flow, but they give me so much peace of mind alongside a disposable pad. i used to struggle with wearing other period underwear because they don't have absorbent material from front to back like these do. anything that somehow flows away from my pad gets caught by these, so i don't have to deal with embarrassing situations in public or stain my sheets anymore. i love them. they're also comfortable, true to size, and the colors are cute. i will say that i don't reccomend using these as your only method though, since they start to smell after holding blood for a few hours. they still work perfectly after a year of use, and will most likely work for many more.

I purchased these almost a year ago I switch out every 6 months as per recommendations. Best free flowing item out there. There is zero pfas and the new research that is coming out about that chemical makes me even more confident in this purchase. Comfortable material not all bunchy true to size. There is stretchy to it making it more comfortable during a heavy flow. Best idea that came out for women who cannot use tampons or have outbreaks with pads, and tbh who would want to risk their lives with the new research coming out about tampons and pads. These are by far the best alternative way to go

So many of these types of panties are semi coverage and too thick. These can handle the heavy flows without all the bulky padding. There's no weird indent in your butt. Since it goes all the way up, front and back, you won't get a cameltoe either, even if you wear yoga pants you'll still look great!

I was pleasantly surprised since I ordered these for my 18 yr daughter, but kept a pair for myself. I ordered two diff styles from this Co and thought the waistband on these might be a little constrictive. These are SO comfortable (incl the waistband) and the fabric is very soft. They make you feel covered and secure (no leaks possible while wearing these.) Washing them to keep them in good condition may mean that you put them in a mesh bag (while in wash machine) and let them air-dry. The outer fab is made from birch wood pulp (I looked it up) but the inside black lining is cotton.

I’ve never tried period underwear before but these are amazing even if you don’t have a period! Nice and light, not too thick. Totally absorbs and breathable. I’ve worn them under yoga pants and you can’t tell at all. No sweating, no leaking, no smell!

Avevo ordinato in precedenza una misura più piccola, nostra S ed erano po' strette ma molto efficaci, queste ho provato con una M ma sono molto più grandi e se aderiscono poco non contengono così tanto, è difficile quindi trovare la misura giusta perché sballano molto. Però con un flusso medio/forte come il mio nei primi giorni, posso tenerle anche 7/8 ore senza rischio di sporcare me o vestiti, per maggiore sicurezza tenerle 6/7 ore.

I wish period panties had existed 20 years ago -- I would've had way less concern about leaking on my heavy flow days. I got these because my heavy flow night *just* got under control in the past decade, when I started using a menstrual cup; getting out of bed in the morning, 'though, was still a dodgy affair. Since purchasing these, I haven't had leaks at all, and that's a massive upgrade in peace of mind. I tend to wear a pair on my heaviest flow day/night, and the following day/night. My only "complaint" is that the liner, by necessity, doesn't breathe well at all, and it's a bit noisy/crinkly. Otherwise, these fit well, do their job, and are easy to clean.

These definitely do what they say the do. The absorb and are leak proof. They say the run true to size but I found they are a bit small. I ordered large my normal size. One set of color fits well a little snug but not bad. The other set same cut just different colors is a lot smaller. I can wear them but they tend to ride up a little. Also they don't seem to have as much stretch so if I am not super careful I will rip the stitching around the waist band. I have so far popped the stitching on two of the three. I am definite going to order more but on the next I am going to go one size up.

I wasn't expecting the quality of these to be so good. They're very well made and comfy to wear so much that I barely notice I'm wearing them. I have very heavy periods and have been trying to pick more sustainable options after going through a pack of night pads a day. I can wear these on their own for a couple of hours or I pair them with a reusable pad and don't have to worry about leaks! I haven't tried wearing just these pants on their own for a longer period of time (eg overnight) but they would probably be okay for someone with a lighter flow
