Neitra 15 Pieces Solid Metal Aluminum Alloy Setup Blocks Height Gauge Set for Woodworking
This set provides a range from 1/16" to 1-31/32" in 1/32" increments. The thickness of each of blocks is machined to within 0.001" accuracy.
The 1"x 2"x 3" block is a mainstay in the machine shop and is one of the most useful tools for woodworkers works. Extend your range of measurement to 6-1/4" if you use all of the bar gauges in combination.

I have been using in saw and jointer setup and is really helpful for me. Have also used in many other situations. I find these setup blocks easy to read and use.

These metric clocks are great. I love the packaging and the 25, 50 and 75 mm block is an added bonus. I really appreciate the mm sizes provided. I have checked the accuracy with a digital micrometer and the ones I have a accurate to within a few thousands of a mm. Some are spot on and for what I use them for in woodworking they are awesome. If you want a solid set of blocks in a very nice case this is the set for you. I think the price is fair and not too high. I especially appreciate the accuracy of the blocks. I use them to verify wood thicknesses on purchases at the big box stores. Great product and priced well.

The set came in a nice hard plastic storage case, with a spot for each block. The blocks are very accurate. Unlike most, these blocks are marked (engraved) on each side with their measurement, as well as having a measuring scale on one side. With 16 pieces (15 blocks and case) you can't go wrong.I build acoustic guitars, as well as repairing guitars and restoration of historical guitars. I frequently need thin strips of wood. The blocks make it easier to set up the saw for several repeatable cuts.The blocks are nicely engineered and heavy. I highly recommend this set.UPDATE: I just received a message from Nietra to make sure the blocks arrived on schedule and in good condition. This speaks volumes about the their excellent customer service.

These blocks are great guys. They are relatively inexpensive BUT not cheap (very good quality for the price). They are precisely machined and etched. They come in a great case with foam cutout inserts. I didn't think I would need these, as I could use a rule or adjustable combination square (like my 6" Starret combo square) which worked fine. I was wrong, these are much more efficient and accurately because it takes a lot of the human error element out of setting up your machines (table saw and router especially). The 1"x2"x3" block can also be used as a square to square up the blades on you miter saw, table saw, band saw table etc.
