How does one adjust the pressure weight.I have been using 15 pounds though I only need 10OK- is my face redFound the second weight (10 lb) stuffed in the styrofoam packaging. Weights are not adjustable, just separate.

Worked well. Only thing I could complain about was the wobbler for the steam is very loud. So if you plan to anything in the same room... bring headphones. If you are new to using this, recommend picking up a beginner canning book for lots of ideas to try.
