I only received this a few days ago and have brewed only a few coffees. So far we like this machine.We only use it for a short coffee after dinner. Only the 1.5 oz capsules. We prefer decaf since we want to sleep! It is impossible to find decaf capsules, (especially 1.5 oz). The cost of Nespresso capsules is pretty high for what we want. Instead of ordering decaf capsules, we bought a small pack, (10 caps) of the “leaded” coffee and then one of the “make your own capsules kits. So, for under $20 we have our own decaf capsules.A small cup of coffee with a shot of Bailey’s is a perfect end to our late meal!

Best value, plus you do not need to subscribe to anything, even included a manuel** It came with free samples, plus I purchased Starbucks variety from Amazon. Also tastey and wonderful!

This isn’t the Delonghi version, but it’s less expensive and it works better. My last Delonghi Nespresso’s handle always gave me trouble. It was very hard to close and it got stuck all the time. No problems with this one yet. It’s opens and closes easily and brews great coffee

First one I received was used and then quit working few days later. Got a replacement and same looks used and does not work. It seems if they are selling refurbished machines without disclosing it for full price. I would not recommend. Also the coffee cup holder is missing the logo which is strange. So now I have 2 machines I am dealing with returning and many wasted pods.

This is my second machine, same. I love it , however, I feel it should have lasted me a little longer than it did. We did run the filter-recommended cleanings monthly, and recommend doing this with these machines.

I ordered this Nespresso Vertuo Next Coffee and Espresso Machine by De'Longhi which should have both Nespresso and De'Longhi logos on the front of the machine, as indicated in the pictures. The product also should include a complimentary welcome set of 12 Nespresso Vertuo capsules, which is stated under "Additional details". However, this product does not have the logo or the complimentary capsules. I got a replacement that did not include either the logo or capsules.
