The deltoid and groin protectors came with a very thin foam inserts. It was flat and limp right out the package. It did arrive earlier than expected which was nice. I suggest swapping out the foam insert that it comes with for some thicker ones. I bought some EVA foam at my local arts and crafts store and now they look a lot better and hold their shape. I would also suggest adding a ranger green color but overall the groin and deltoid protectors come as advertised.
