I'm not sure what type of John Deere push more it goes on but it definitely does not work on this one it's smaller

Installed new recoil pull starter, mower started but the rope came completely out of recoil and the knot inside was obviously way too small. Tried to repair and that was a mistake on my end....

The one I needed was for a walk behind and what I got wouldn't work it's way too small so I guess I am stuck with this
