Love this fridge, had it for over a year no leaks or condensation, great quality, noise level extremely low, great price and a conversation starter for sure.

There is no On/Off switch!? I wound up plugging into a heavy duty power strip so I can turn it off when we are gone in the summer without having to pull it our from below the counter. The LED light is dim, looks pretty but doesn't assist much in finding cans in the back of the fridge.

I purchased this item November 2022 and it stopped working in January 2025. It’s been used for a little bit over two years only and I spent 670 dollars on this. As an appliance only works for two years is really short life term plus it charges more than other brands mini fridge. I contacted both manufacturer and Amazon customer service, they kicked the ball to each other and no one responded this issue. Manufacturer refused the return or refund as the item was purchased through third party Amazon while Amazon said only thirt day return window for all items and they told this is an OLD item. I am not returning pants I bought two years ago, this is an appliance and it only last for 2 years?! What kind of quality is it. Please beware of this brand and find something else. I found out this is not just my bad luck getting a defective product, a lot of customers are having the same issue their fridge stopped working from one year to three year. Amazon: please inspect the business quality before letting them sell on your website. As an Amazon customer, I choose to buy this brand based on they are selling on Amazon. Otherwise I won’t purchase this infamous brand refrigerator. Amazon really disappointed me as a long time customer. I got a 700 dollar lesson today and I hope you all to avoid wasting your money on this product

This little guy was the perfect size to replace the dishwasher we didn’t use at all. Holds a tone of drinks and keeps them the perfect temperature! I wish would only run on the light when opening the door, but that’s just preference! Great product!

works well, but i needed to switch the door hinge to the left side which meant the "NEWAIR" brand sticker that was along the top of door is not one the bottom of the door -- Meaning the sticker no reads upside down, causing it to look cheap in my opinion. Had to peel it off with razor blade and attach it to the top side of the door (right side up) with some VHB double sided tape. This is petty to most people - but could not have been overlooked by manufacturers -- I believe it was their decision to ignore this small issue.

I never leave reviews but after spending this amount of money on a beverage cooler and having the experience I had; I had to warn other consumers. On month 13 of owning this fridge the temperature control failed and the cooler was a constant 67 degrees despite running all the time. When I reached out to customer service they agreed to send me a new seal free of charge claiming that was the first step in trying to remedy the issue. After two weeks waiting for the seal it arrived and I promptly installed it. That didn’t fix the issue and the fridge continued to trend at 67 degrees. When I called back the customer service agent said it must be a failed compressor and they wouldn’t honor the warranty since it had been 13 months. I protested and begged for them to honor the warranty given the price I paid, the close time period to the warranty and that I followed their instructions to replace the seal. They refused but politely offered me a 40% coupon to buy a replacement from them. I found that laughable and asked to be escalated to a supervisor who ultimately told me the same thing. After that I was disgusted and called several repair companies in my area to no avail as no one was willing to work on a Newair product. Finally on the 6th company I got someone to come out and they deemed the issue to be a leak in one of the hoses internal to the unit. The estimate to repair was over $1,000 so they advised me to just cut my loss and buy a new unit which I plan to do but it won’t be from Newair! Buyer beware!

I bought this sight and sound unseen, and it more than met my expectations on both counts. Very attractive, and extremely quiet.The temperature gauge is digital, easy to read, and the up and down controls are also easy to use.The direction manual that comes with the unit is not the greatest. It doesn't explain the various accessories that come with the unit, or really explain much of anything. Two keys are provided, as well as what you need to switch the door to open to the other side. Very nice!The storage space is amazing. I have large and small bottles of wine and champagne, and bottles and cans of all sorts of soft drinks and waters. It holds a ton!Watch for sales of this unit. I caught a price hundreds of dollars less than the retail price in May '22. I don't know why it was reduced and feel very lucky because it's really worth the full price. When I went on Amazon to write a review, I noticed the price was more than $300 more than I just paid for it.The only warning on this unit. It is several inches shorter than the u-line and subzero undercounter units I used to have in this space. As you can see from the second photo, I had to put a piece of its styrofoam packing material underneath the fridge until I can have a base made so there's not a big gap between the top and the counter. Given that the interior space is still very capacious, I'm not bothered by the fact that the unit is shorter, but I'd advise you to double-check your space and be prepared for this if you're replacing another undercounter fridge.

I like the product. It runs quite as well the only thing I do notice is that it doesn't hold a steady temprature. I set it all the was down to 35 I believe. I notice that it will fluctuate from 33 to 42 degrees for some reason it can't maintain temprature. I still do like it though.
