I’ll give you the symptoms of my AC problem, so you can decide if this part may fix your AC. First, there was the correct amount of refrigerant in the system with no leaks. The AC would occasionally blow cold, but never as cold as I thought it should be, and only after about 10 minutes of driving. Most of the time it just blew warm air. When I hooked up the gauges, the low side would read a little high (approx 50psi) and the high side would read low (approx 125psi), based on ambient temps.I installed this in my 2014 Nissan Sentra SV and the AC is now working correctly. It is consistently blowing air in the high 30’s F. I’m really glad I tried this instead of just replacing the entire compressor and related components. The removal of the old part ands installation of the new one is much less work than doing a full compressor replacement.A few things to note:You’ll be doing the job from under the car. You remove one body panel. Then you remove the electrical connection. I used a small screwdriver to lift the loop tab on the connector over the nub on the part. Then you can slide the connector off. Next you remove the snap ring with snap ring pliers. This is the hardest part since you’re working a little blind. The part is facing the front of the car, so you can’t see the snap ring very well. Be aware that even though the system has zero psi of refrigerant in it, once I removed the snap ring and pulled on the valve to remove it, it shot out under pressure.Install is the opposite order of removal. A few notes on that:Make sure to orient the part the same as the old one was. After you coat the o-rings with PAG oil, push it into place. It takes a good amount of pressure to get it to seat all the way. The last difficult part of the install is getting the snap ring back into place. I used a correctly sized socket in one hand and the snap ring on the snap ring pliers in the other hand. As I put the snap ring into place I was using the socket in the other hand to press the snap ring into place. Really, the socket is just keeping the snap ring flat against the face of the compressor mating surface. It’s a difficult angle, so the snap ring wants to not lay flat without the pressure of the socket. It’s hard to picture but you’ll understand when you do the job.Overall, very happy with the part ands I’m glad I went this route.

My ac unit wasn’t blowing cold air and the gage was on red looking like it was overfilled. This did the job. Works great now

Was told we needed to replace the whole ac system in 2015 nissan sentra but after a few YouTube videos decided to give this a chance. Thankfully this $25 saved us $1300
