Just installed these yesterday in my 2002 Miata. Very secure fit and good length. Of course, I immediately started ups the car and went for a drive. The car felt a little more responsive and ran a little more smoothly but that could be in my imagination. Either way this was an easy install once I had the old cables off, was inexpensive and I am happy with it.

Had these on my Mazda for several years before I sold it. Unlike other brands I've tried before these wires never gave me any problems. There most reliable wires for sure.

I started noticing a slight, very intermittent misfire on my Protege5 when idling, though interestingly enough I didn't get any CEL or code. I decided to head things off by changing the ignition wires, and the problem has been gone ever since.They feel a lot sturdier and are thicker than the old Denso (I think) wires that had been on the car since I bought it, so I have a pretty good feeling about these. I only wish they came in red.

Yes, these are real NGK. The blue wires are a smidge bigger than the old factory wires, and I made the mistake of putting a touch of light oil on the dust cap to aid in connecting the wire to the coil. Don't do that! The coil has a tapered connection port that needs a dry dust cap on the wire to hold it firm. Yes, weird and cheap. but that's what it has.4 stars = Great; 5 stars = Amazing! Incredible! Beyond my wildest dreams! It was merely Great.

I installed the new wires and got p0300 code indicating multiple misfires. I replaced the old wires back and the issue is gone. It may be bad metal connection. Returned the wires. Got Amazon refund very quickly.

Installed on a 2005 Mazdaspeed Miata.These aren't going to give you a power boost, save fuel, or do much to improve of smoothness idle or power delivery. They are, however, a good alternative to OEM cables, and a good addition when you're replacing the coil packs and plugs.Good fit, easy to install.If I had a complaint, it'd be that they're blue.

Excellent wires. I bought my Protege5 a year ago and replaced the plugs, but not the wires. These wires are really top quality and fit perfectly. I got an unexpected bonus. I installed a realitively high end stereo system shortly after I bought this car and had engine noise that I could not fix. I added a couple of filter capacitors and added extra grounding to everything. These things helped but did not eliminate the engine noise. After installing the wires, I have absolutly NO engine noise whatsoever! Awsome :)

These wires are well constructed and fit perfectly, not short or leaving loops of extra wire sticking out. Easy to install with new plugs, don't put any dielectric grease on the coil boots or they'll pop back off. A little on the plug end is ok to make them pop off easier for the next plug change.

I was a little confused when I originally bought this item because I got them for an 01' Miata. It puzzled me why it came in sets of two. For some cars you have two ignition coils which connect directly to two of the plugs, thus you only really need two plug cables. These are high quality, the grease monkeys say they are good, so that enough for me. I'm happy with the purchase and my car runs great with them installed. These have a slightly different design than the stock plug wires did, they have a hole filling width which is good, but it was more snug getting them into the sockets over the plugs. Not a problem just something to be aware of.
