The lever hit my turn signal switch preventing it from working. I milled the lever portion about .150” and gave it the necessary clearance. The whole was way too big for the cable end so I had 3d printed a sleeve adapter to take up the slack. I also discovered how loose the screw that secures the lever is and lost it on the first ride, new 6mm screw with loctite.

Works great. The armature is small, so it pulls the cable in a tighter turn radius than a regular brake or clutch lever. Hold for cable is standard button style, but is way oversized to accommodate any size. No thread lock is included for the lever, so make certain to tighten with liquid thread lock when you install. Matched perfectly to my front brake master cylinder clamp. Not sure why these aren't more common for hot starts and decompression levers.
