I race XC. 10-12 rough woods races a year. I buy one of these every winter in the off season. Slap it in and run it. If you are simply going to ride some trails or at home. This will last you a long time and you don’t have to press any bearings. Simply take the old carrier out and put this one in. You really can’t beat it.

Carrier worked, but was super tight I had to smash the axle inside the bearings. My carrier was dropped sometime before it was put in the box as it had some big dents in it

Perfect fit. I would say this is on par or above quality with OEM parts. No issues whatsoever and so far is running good.

Okay, so I took it out the package and the spacer between the two bearings had play.. Bearings aren’t seated on the flange.- Took the seals off and seated bearings.- Your axle better have a good flange for that bearing to fit in because if not; you’re going to have an extremely loose fit.BUT roller bearings are half decent & the bore fit for the carrier itself is a perfect fit for a 2004 Honda 400Ex

The Stock OEM Honda carrier is very soft and brittle.....most people find this out when they remove it from the swingarm.....and once you price out a replacement from Honda it's Ridiculously Expensive.....this is a much stronger and less expensive alternative......They also incorporated Dual row bearings that are twice as strong as the weak Honda OEM single row bearings.
