Buying used equipment is always done with trepidation and a fair amount of suspicion. Not with this lens! First off, when it arrived, I could have easily mistook it for a brand new and unused lens. I mean it. Not even a scratch! It's absolutely beautiful, but the performance is stunning with awesome and brilliant color rendition. The AF motor is surprisingly silent to the point of being inaudible to me and super fast, too. If it sounds like I'm gushing over this lens, then I have described it perfectly. This is my second used/reconditioned lens to buy from Amazon and I won't hesitate to do it again.

Before I finally decided to invest in the 24-70 I had been using my 50mm for almost two years. I absolutely love this lens and it’s convenient! It’s been great for my regular sessions and I recently used it at a wedding with no complaints!

I examined the 24-70 2.8 lens carefully when it arrived. It came in the original box with its manual, lens hood, lens cap and case. It was pristine as far as I could tell and the photos I have taken so far are sharp (without any calibration required). Just the find I was looking for.

The worst service you can findI feel very disappointed with this product, because despite the fact that it is an expensive product, what you get is the lens in a box with its serial number and warranty, nothing else, everything wrapped in paper, not even air bubbles.I wanted this lens to make a good gift and the truth is very disappointed with its presence.I bought one from Nikon a long time ago and it arrives in an original box, with protectors, Niikon papers, a transport bag and many more things and above all a new, sealed smell.I honestly do not recommend the purchase of this lens, it has no presence, it has nothing, it seems that you have bought it secondhand and very bad.Logically Amazon Prime shipped fast, I returned the product the same day I received it and today more than 7 days have passed and I still haven't got my money back.

If I could give 0 starts I would. And I quote "This pre-owned product has been professionally inspected, tested and cleaned by Amazon-qualified suppliers."Well if this item had been professionally inspected, tested, and cleaned by qualified people then they would have known that the autofocus did not work and wouldn't have tried to sell it. That's my complaint to the seller, make sure that the thing works. My problem is not with the lens per-se but with the seller. The lens is sharp and and has a great reputation, that's why I wanted it. If I had known that the autofocus didn't work I wouldn't have bought it. Good thing I went over to Adorama and found the same lens for $400.00 cheaper, AND THE AUTOFOCUS WORKS.
