The D850 was a big jump for me, so I'm still trying to get familiar with how it operates. The body was in excellent condition...no scratches or dents. The camera was advertised as "Refurbished Excellent", so I expected the shutter count to be reset to zero. Disappointed to find out the count was over 18K. I know that's not a lot considering shutter life is around 200K, just not what I expected. Overall, I satisfied with my purchase.

I returned this camera the same day I received it. The camera was supposed to be refurbished and I received a camera with the battery that was in the camera that was dead and won’t charge. It was very apparent this was not refurbished. They charged me a $392.00 restocking fee on a defective camera! I will be following up with Amazon Prime services

I have an 810 and wanted to upgrade to the 850.I was hesitant to get a used body but am super happy with the one I received.Impeccably clean and less than 5,000 shutter actuations - barely usedI like that it was shipped in a plain cardboard box - no indication of a valuable item.It was also shipped UPS and I was required to be there to receive it.No porch pirates.Very happy with the vendor.

This camera was a big step up for me. I was coming from a Nikon D80 to this, so the learning curve was pretty steep. The online manuals available from Nikon were helpful. The lens I ordered with the camera ended up not being what I needed, so I ordered a second one in order to be able to zoom in closer on subjects. I had trouble getting the original lens on the camera at first, but after talking to Nikon support, was able to get it to rotate on, and haven't had an issue with that since. It takes fantastic photos. They are super crisp and clear. The SnapBridge app that allows you to download the photos to your phone is a nice feature, but it does have an issue with iOS and often times will crash on the first attempt. Subsequent attempts are usually successful. I haven't used all of the features of the camera yet, as I'm still learning, but so far I think it's a great camera and I was able to get it at a great price.

PERFECT D850. It was an Amazon renewed body for a around $600 less than the $2400 new one. I figured it had some shutter releases on it before it was fixed. Took an image and did the thing to see what the shutter count was. It was ONE!!! Maybe, maybe not. I am all in. Works flawlessly alongside my bought new other D850. Happy Camper. Great seller - great product - great shipping - super price!
