Not for 2006 Chevy Equinox. Triple check the years this will fit. Look at the picture because the heading is incorrect.

I bought this because my turn signal wouldn't shut off automatically after a turn. I had replaced the original before with this same unit, and now the replacement needs replacing. I did get 5-6 years out of it, so for $20 and 30 minutes I can have a turn signal that works right.

Three 7mm bolts u need to unscrew at the bottom of the steering wheel plastic holder, use telescopic function to adjust for comfort, undo the two plastics with a screwdriver carefully by not scratching the trim.then undo the connector clips from the old lever and the holding clips from the lever itself, it should slide off to the left.clip the new one in and boom, good as newplease advise that once you pry the wheel plastics, itll be hard as hell to reinstall properly, a REAL pain that I couldn't bare...there's a straightforward tutorial on youtube just search "Chevrolet malibu 08-12 turn signal lever replacement", should guide you good, If having trouble take it to an electricianBTW, I had a CHECK AIRBAGS error code that I deleted, it appeared again after installing the lever and had to erase it again, prolly resets the code deletes
