The foam in this chair is firm, or dare I say hard. I've had it for a couple of weeks and it is getting broken in and more comfortable. This is the only complaint I have with the chair. It's a very solid and well built chair made of high quality materials. I can feel the quality every time I sit down in the chair.I really doubted my purchase the first couple of hours in the chair, thinking it was going to cost a fortune to send it back. This is a heavy large chair. Fortunately the forum posts were right and the foam does soften up with time. The styling is very subdued and neutral. It looks like and adults chair but not ugly like an office chair. The fabric is great since you get enough airflow you don't get sweaty, it's not freezing to the touch in the mornings and doesn't get sticky in the afternoons.I have one of those cheap gamer chairs and the difference is night and day between the two of them, the build quality differences are obvious in every detail of the chairs. This chair does offer some ergonomics, it has back support out of the box with additional support available using a knob on the side of the backrest.I wasn't sure it was reasonable to spend ~400 for a computer chair but after using it for a couple of weeks and seeing what I was getting I can see why the cost is justified. In fact from my research in to office chairs the 400 price may actually be a bargain.

I bought the chair few weeks ago. Fast shipping as expected. It’s exactly as presented in the description, the design is very cool and all the features increase a lot the confort while staying long hours of work in front of my computer. The chair cushions are very firm, so don’t expect to be like “absorbed” by it. But is still very confortable.Besides, one of the button of the armrest was broken when I opened the box. Still usable but for the price it was surprising. So I have contact the customer support to explain the situation and they directly offered me to send a new armrest at no additional cost. I received it in the less than 2 weeks. So customer support did really really great !!Honestly, great value so far and I’m extremely satisfied with my purchased. It’s expensive for a chair but less than an office ergonomic one like an Herman Miller.

I really don't know why there isn't more reviews on this chair, but it is absolutely fantastic. I am a 6'2", 240lb male and the chair is spacious and comfortable. The packaging was great (the instructions were even laminated), easily put together, the parts are of high quality, uses thick Allen screws with locknuts/washers (the proper way to fasten things), the real leather feels great. I know this is the common criticism of this model, but the seat is a little firm at first but it didn't take much time to break in (I prefer a firmer seat). Don't let the firmness turn you off from this model! Also, the lumbar support is great as well. I am super happy with this purchase and will definitely be using their products in the future.

Loving this chair. My wife and I were both previously using the Tempur-Pedic TP9000 chair. I'd been using mine for probably 6 or 7 years. Those were awesome chairs. The mechanism in my wife's started to wobble, though, so I decided to look for a replacement. Honestly I think it was a factory defect because hers was only a year old...but it was still too late to try dealing with any kind of warranty. I remembered seeing a review for Noblechairs on YouTube (specifically by KitGuru Tech) and decided to look in to it.After reading and watching dozens more reviews, and consistently hearing about the outstanding quality, I decided to buy one. I chose the Hero specifically due to the more comfortable size and less prominent bolstering (my wife likes to sit cross-legged in the chair sometimes, so I wanted to make sure she would still have room to do so). Spoiler alert - I ended up liking the chair so much that after getting my wife one I also ordered one for myself.Delivery was way faster than originally advertised, so that was nice. Once it arrived, I immediately ripped open the packaging and got to work assembling it. My wife helped put it together, but the task can easily be done by a single person. All of the components were in perfect condition and appeared to be high quality (and heavy). I really like the mechanism for this chair (the part that connects the bottom of the seat to the hydraulic cylinder). Normally, that is the part of a chair that fails after enough use. The mechanism on this chair, however, appears to be very durable. The chair is rated for up to 330 lbs and it definitely feels like it. Everything about it is solid. The only part of the chair with play to it is the arm rests, which can be jiggled a bit. I'm not sure that it's avoidable to have at least a little jiggle to adjustable arm rests in an office chair, so I don't hold this against them. When resting my elbows on them they don't move. I do agree with another reviewer who stated that the quality of the material on the arm rests leaves a bit to be desired. Perhaps some kind of padding would be nice, but they're fine as is so I'm not dwelling on it.The recessed plastic edges near the buttons you press to adjust the lateral position of the arm rests is a bit sharp. I should be able to fix that in about 10 seconds with sanding paper, but I really feel like that should be caught in QA. Again, not a big deal. If I'm buying a nice chair and that's the only complaint I can come up with, then I consider it a good chair. The adjustment controls feel great. Reclining is solid and smooth. Tilting backwards feels great, and the amount of resistance can be adjusted with a knob on the bottom of the mechanism. The lower-back adjustment feels present but mostly insignificant - maybe it's just the way I sit.The padding feels excellent. It's a bit on the firm side, but that's what I want. This chair does not feel like it's going to go flat after a couple years of use. I don't know much about this "cold formed foam" or whatever process they use, but it feels amazing. The shape is nice and supportive (I'm about 6'1"). The pillows are nice, too, but I only really use the one for my neck. The second pillow, intended for lower back support, doesn't feel very comfortable so I don't use it.Overall this is an amazing chair and I'm happy with the purchase, provided that they last for years and years (spending almost $900 for a pair of computer chairs is not something I want to do frequently). If anything changes I'll update the review.

For the money this is one of the best built gaming chairs I've come across. Materials are high quality and the assembly is easy and straight forward if you've ever put a chair together before. One complaint I've seen is that the arm rest are too firm. Unless you consistently keep the points of your elbows on the armrest they are fine. The lumbar support is a great feature to have and more chairs should include this. The seat does use firm foam but if you are sitting for extended periods of time this is something you will come to appreciate. It does break in slightly over time but don't expect it to be a night and day difference from day 1. Overall I expect this will be a chair that holds up very well and will last. The included pillows are a nice feature, I find myself using the headrest pillow on a regular basis. The lumbar pillow though I only use when reclining to help fill the gap at the base of my back. While reclining I should add that the chair is solid and I've never felt like it was going to tip over. The ability to lock the tilt mechanism while tilted back in something I wish my other chairs would've had. One thing I hope that is changed in future iterations would be the ability to move the built in lumbar support higher or lower depending on your height. I'm 6'2 200lbs and the chairs fits perfectly but I can see how a taller or shorter person might have issues with the lumbar location. Lastly I did switch out the wheels for larger roller blade style wheel to allow the chair to roll easier on carpet. The included casters are nice and higher quality than most but will still struggle to roll on thicker carpet. I thought I was going to regret spending over $400 on a gaming chair but I wish I would've bought this chair a long time ago, could've saved my fell some back ache.
