Exactly as described. They are extremely bright and do not affect accuracy at all. I’ve had the same set for almost 6 years and they’re very durable.

These are my favorite lighted crossbow nocks. I made a bad shot a couple years ago and hit a tree. I found the nock on the ground a week later, it was still on. I brought it home to show my wife. Unbelievably, it was still working intermittently ten months later.

I ordered three Nockturnal Predator red nocks from All American Outdoors through Amazon. Two worked perfectly with my new Centerpoint CP400. One did not work at all. I could find no phone number for the manufacturer so I called AAO looking for a contact with the manufacture. They told me to take a photo of the product and email it yo them. Three days later I have three new nocks. Their customer service was so good I feel guilty. Great people to deal with.

I use carbon express 20 inch pile drivers and assumed these would fit. I love those bolts as they have never let me down. 2 years in a row i brought home very nice deer. I got size one of the this knock brand and they did not fit those bolts. These knocks were too big and forcing it in could hinder the integrity of the bolt as it splits the shaft when forced in. They did fit my cheaper bolts because the diameter is slightly bigger in that brand of 20 inch bolts. So keep in mind these do not fit all bolts in 20 inch and probably 22 inch as well. I know it says thry do but that isnt true. Kinda crazy cuz feradyn owns carbon express... Its kind of trial and error and alot of money if you arent so technical you know the diameters of all your bolts.

I love this nock. Its well made, study, functional and very bright. The problem is that I tried shooting it out of 2 separate Barnett Whitetail II's and it will not fire. The circumference of the nock is not sufficient to disengage the anti dry-fire safety. With this arrow nocked, the safety cannot be pushed forward. Swap the arrow to one with a different nock (literally any other nock I have) the safety smoothly slides forward. This result was had on 2 separate Whitetail II's that I have. Shame, I really like the nock....

I am going to start this review off by saying I have bought several sets of these and used them with great success. These have a plunger in them that depresses when the crossbow is fired. The arrow will leave the cross bow with a lit nock blazing toward your target. The battery lasts a long time, these things are great. When you recover your arrow, you can use the Nockturnal Tool to raise the plunger or use another device like a pocket knife. You need to be careful though, using a knife can damage the device.Recently, I had an opportunity to buy a package of these from Amazon Used/Like New for 12.99. I bought them assuming they were Like new and free from Damage. Yeah.. no. Someone bought them and destroyed the insides of one of them trying to turn it off. This is where doing your homework matters, read instructions!I am going to just send them back and chalk up a lesson learned on used Nocks.5 Stars because I can stand behind the product itself. They work great!

I like it but it's really the only one I tried as I've used Nocturnal's other lighted nocks for my compound bow too. Had a hard time getting my old nocks out of my Horton arrows. You're supposed to slide a 1/8" rod thru the insert and bump the nock out....and that will work if you have the hole right through the insert. Some of my arrows didn't have the hole through. Once I got the old nock out installation was OK and they worked pretty good. I used one for practice and it lit up every time and I was able to shut it off with no problems. A side benefit is that these will let you see any "corkscrew or barrel-rolling" in your arrow flight, something that you can't normally see.
