THIS IS A PLATE WARMER REALLY. TAKES FIVE TIMES LONGER TO HEAT UP THAN A CONVENTIONAL STOVE. LIKE 40 MIN TO GET WATER TO BOIL. FUNCTIONALITY YOU WOULD THINK WOULD BE SIMPLE. NOT. CONFUSING SETTINGS AND ADJUSTMENTS TO TEMP FROM ONE SIDE TO THE OTHER ARE DIFFERENT AND MAKES IT CONFUSING . SEEMS MADE OF GOOD QUALITY. BUT THE FACT THAT ITS PERFORMANCE IS SO FAR FROM EXPECTATIONS THAT I DONT FEEL ID TRUST IT TO LAST LONG AT ALL. SITS ON A PILE OF STUFF IN THE BACK ROOM NOW AND NOIBODY WANTS TO USE IT . NOT A GOOD BUY FOR THE MONEY AND WOOIULD SEEK OTHER OPTIONS FOR A STOVE TOP OF THIS STYLE BEFORE PURCHASING ANOTHER ONE. HAS A NICE LOOK TO IT. BUT THATS SEEMING TO BE ITS BEST QUALITY.

This little cooktop is great! It was an easy and straight forward installation. I didn't run into any problems. The stove top heats up fast and cooks evenly. It's pretty powerful for such a small stove, and it is super convenient if you don't want or cannot use as a built in, it can be used on the countertop as well. Great for portable cooking needs, especially if you're having an outdoor BBQ and need some extra burners. This can be brought outside and plugged right in, just keep it on a flat, level surface for even heating. I do have an issue regarding the burners, as the large burner has the 9 heat settings, however, the small burner can only switch from low to high. I've never seen this before, and I am curious as to why in the world would someone want this. In reality, you have one burner with 9 heat settings and one burner where you can either boil or keep food warm. I wouldn't use the small burner for anything but that, which makes me hesitant about recommending this cooktop.
