Easy to install and even includes tape strips to mount it in the laptop. Would buy again.

The only drawback to this item is it doesn't come with instructions. But you should look it up on YouTube anyway to get visual step by step instructions.I couldn't believe how well this was packaged! It was in a very stiff cardboard box, completely wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap. It arrived in perfect condition.It comes with the tape strips you need to mount the screen back to the laptop lid. Just be sure to test the screen first before applying the tape! Mine didn't come on at first because I didn't hook up the connection properly.For my laptop (HP model 15-dw3045cl) if it is the first time replacing the screen you don't use heat or anything to remove the old screen. There are 2 black tabs at the top of the screen after removing the frame. You just gently pull up on these tabs (they will stretch like crazy) until they come out. Pull gently so you don't break them! After removing them the screen comes right off. Then you use the new strips that came with the new screen to mount it to the lid.The screen works great! I highly recommend this product. Again, the excellent packaging makes sure you receive a screen in perfect condition.
