This thing is very cool. Heats fast. Instructions for seasoning could use some improvement and clarification. Controls are a little counter-intuitive, but for simple "Turn it on, cook food, turn it off" it's simple and works well.

Good service on dispatch and return. But I wouldn’t recommend until you can buy uk version. Tried 2 transformers with no success

I have had the chance to use this a few times now, and it is an excellent addition to the kitchen. If you understand how wok cooking is supposed to work, you'll understand why this is a much better option than just using your regular kitchen cooktop. If you have cast iron cookware, you'll understand how the enclosed pan needs to be seasoned and cared for the same way. The induction heating does a much better job with high heat than even my gas and LP ranges.If I have any criticism whatsoever, it's that this particular Appliance has too many options. All I was looking for was to be able to turn it on set a temperature and cook. I can still do that with this machine, but it has a bunch of other features and timers that I'll never use.This is absolutely a great appliance, and it makes it easy to get much better results with stir fry and fried rice, etc.

This isn't a replacement for gas but it's perfect for people who just want to use a round bottom wok, even if it's only about the same power as your average stovetop induction burner. Which is plenty for cooking a couple servings at a time at high heat. The YOSUKATA wok dind't work with this, it was too oblate and not round bottomed enough, but the craft wok brand works great in it. The wok that came free with it is thinner but very serviceable so you don't actually have to buy a wok separately unless you're just that into woks.

I bought this wok on Amazon’s Uk web site. I have no idea how well it work because it is not dual voltage. It comes with a US-style plug and is not usable at 240 volts. Be warned. It was very expensive once carriage and import duty had been paid and did not, to my eye, look to be very robustly constructed, the control knobs had a very flimsy feel.On the plus side, Amazons return and refund procedure works extremely well.

This is the perfect wok for any kitchen. Heats up incredibly fast. Busy thing is you can pause it if you need to step away and it will not continue cooking.

The wok is practical for home use but not ideal for commercial settings. Its thin material causes it to cool down a bit quicker than I'd prefer. My biggest complaint is the persistent, unpleasant rubbery smell from the handle, even after a month of use and airing it out—it’s still noticeably strong. If the smell doesn’t dissipate in the next six months, I plan to cut the rubber off and replace it with a higher-quality silicone wrap that smells better. Despite this issue, it’s still a solid 4-star product.

I've only used it a handful of times, but I love it. There IS time to pick it up and toss before it shuts off, though it does beep at you. It does need time to recover unlike a high BTU wok, but it's a small adjustment.I love it for reheating food I cooked in it for family that come in late.A bonus is that the wok I already had fits and works great in it as well.
