when it rains, the hood and small visor protect the kid face and he can move and play in the rain. Very good quality and lightweight. very good fit with elastics to protect from water.

We have the size 4/5 in purple and the size 6/7 in turquoise. The said 4/5 fits like a 6, and the size 6/7 fits like an 8. Not a deal breaker to me but definitely worth noting in a review for others. The jacket works great, no rain seeps through. I will probably get more of this same jacket as my kids grow. It is better than others we’ve used.

My son is almost 6 and average height, this jacket was huge on him - too big by 3-4 inches. Will Exchange for a smaller size as it’s a good lightweight raincoat.

Oaki is the best. Light weight rain jacket, roomy enough to wear as a shell. My son wore it for his nature preschool class and hit held up against his muddy adventures and has remained abrasion free. The yellow color didn't stain or wash out. I loved it so much I bought on for my older child for traveling, it packs down easily and versatile. I also love their rain boots

Love this jacket, purchased the pants as well. Bought this for my granddaughter, who grew out of her rainsuit, that is from from Oaki as well. She wears her rain gear in a wet area of Alaska, and getting ready for a trip to Scottland. This will be perfect! The 4-5 fit her good with room to grow, she is usually a 5T. Highly recommend!

The jacket is lovely. We purchased the two-toned lavender one. The lavender is probably a shade lighter in real life but still very pretty. As stated in the description it is fleece lined so the jacket perfect for Fall/Spring weather as it is thin but lined so it will keep out the cold wind. It appears there is some confusion about the sleeves and whether or not they are adjustable. It appears that all two-toned ones include this feature. The solid colored jackets will not so please be aware. The jacket is exactly like what is shown in the pictures so the buyer will know exactly what to expect. Overall, I think this jacket is going to last for several seasons and will probably be passed on to the younger sister.

My son is almost 5 and this jacket is pretty roomy, but it's not like it's too big and needs to be returned, if that makes sense. It's got plenty of room for him to wear a shirt, thick sweatshirt, light puffy jacket and still be comfortable in this jacket. It's waterproof, has a great bill on the hood to give extra protection over the face and the bright color is perfect.And in case anyone was doing a comparison to the one-piece rain suit this company sells....we have that too and love it. We use that for when our son goes to his nature preschool and is outside in the elements all afternoon. We bought the one-piece in a 6/7 (per other parent's suggestions) and it gives us plenty of room to layer even snow pants underneath!
