Everything was packed away so well there was very little risk of something breaking or being lost. The instructions to build were a little confusing but my husband and I were able to combine our brainpower and get it done. It came with a tool that makes it so so easy to tighten the screws (idk tools but in my head it's an advanced version of the little L tool most furniture sets come with). It feels very sturdy and it is much comfier than I thought. My neighbors upstairs have plants so our balcony constantly has dirt that falls through and it sweeps so easily off the loveseat. It is definitely good for the price.

Perfect for small apartment balconies. I originally had a table with 2 chairs but that’s not comfortable. This fits perfectly in my space and doesn’t make it overcrowded. It was fairly simple to build too and isn’t heavy when you need to move it. So far so good. If you need something affordable this is the choice

It's all plastic, so won't rust, compact and comfortable. If you want to slouch down kinda like a recliner, this won't work, but for sitting up and enjoying the view, it's great. I love my recliners and bar height chairs, but they require a bit of effort to get settled into. It's so nice to just go sit down on this little love seat, put my feet up if I want. Easy to assemble, all the holes line up! My boyfriend put both pieces together in less than 1.5 hrs, he said it's very well made. The color in the picture is true (green), exactly right for my balcony.

I really like the product, but had a frustrating time during assembly. Spent almost 3 hours assembling and disassembling due to 1 screw hole on each arm not lining up. Took 3 people to try and nothing worked! There are 5 holes for screws on each arm and if you screw in 4 , 1 doesn't align. If you screw in the defect 1, then the other 4 won't align. So each arm is connected but is missing 1 screw on each side. I fear this causes some stability issues and any significant weight on the sofa would be bad. No problem with the ottaman however and the cushions are nice.

This is very well made and very pretty. It's really comfortable for 5 foot me and 6'3" hubby. I put it together with ease. I really like the nifty tool they include to tighten the screws at the end of putting it together. They warn you to NOT completely tighten until it's all put together. Follow the directions and it's a breeze! It doesn't take up much room, yet it couldn't be more comfortable.

This a great fit to use on our high rise balcony. The ottoman fits snugly under the chair and we put a cover on top so everything is very compact and I don't have to worry about things flying away. The back cushions fit inside the ottoman for storage, but the seat cushions do not.It took a while to build, but the directions were clear and everything was packaged nicely.It is relatively small for a couch, but my husband and I are able to sit next to each other. With one person, I'm able to sit all snuggled up. I just wish there was a little more cushion to make it more comfortable.

I was attracted to this because of the nice colors, material, and the price. I was looking for an affordable set for my front porch. It was very easy to assemble with simple diagrams and instructions. Some of the screws were a little hard to tighten with the wrench thing they provided but it still worked okay. The cushions are actually quite comfy and of decent quality, especially for the price. As you can see, my animals have already claimed it!One issue is that the table part doesn't really fit underneath the loveseat when the cushion is on top. You'd have to remove the cushion from the table before pushing it under. Luckily for me, I plan on keeping it out to use as a table and storage space, so it wasn't necessarily an issue for me.

When I spend over $300 on an online product- I’d like to know exactly what I’m getting, so I’m writing this post for potential buyers of this love seat/ ottoman / storage set.Pros:1.) It’s a nice looking set and is very comfortable. My husband and I sat on it last night and it felt very sturdy. Combined, that’s about 375 lbs.2.) The dimensions as presented in the product description are correct.3.) It provides enough storage space for the cushions that come with it only- and that’s a tight squeeze.4.) The cushions are good quality fabric and water resistant.Cons:1.) To assemble this product correctly, you need 2 people. This allows one person to ensure the holes are properly aligned and the other person to turn the screws. Without proper alignment, this product would not be as sturdy. So- keep that in mind.2.) The ottoman storage area is not completely water proof so you’ll want to remove cushions after a rain to dry out to ensure they don’t mold.3.) The only reason I’m not giving this item 5 stars is because I feel like $300+ is too high a price tag for this product. It’s nice- but it would be outstanding at $200 price point.We’ve only had this product for a week. I’ll edit this review if any issues are identified. It is outside and not under a roof - so my expectation is that it will only last one season.Finally- if this product is offered at $200- I highly recommend you buy it! I would buy it again for other areas of our yard at this price.It’s a good, quality product.
