If you're cloning coral and / or want to easily place them into live rock for your saltwater aquarium, I recommend it.

If your rock is already covered in coraline algae, this thing is great. I hate the look of plugs, but these stealthily fit into the rock and I have no reason to defrag my corals or trim the stem and glue it in place.

Trusted this brand since I started propagating corals in my tank, this particular item blend in very nicely to live rocks and has a very pleasant appearance that mimics purple coralline algae. Very easy to use!
