I love these fountain pumps, they were trying to work as soon as I took them out of the package in the sun! They are very affordable and with imagination you can make the cutest water features that run on solar power to keep for your self or to sell. These are a must buy .

The powerful, small pump fits perfectly in the smallest size containers. The long wire to the solar panel is so important because the fountain stops when the panel gets in shade. My 4 fountains are in a long sidewalk garden with bushes so it’s great to be ale to raise the solar panel above and keep it in sun from dawn to dusk.There are several nozzles spray choices and some spray rather upright so water basically stays inside smallish containers. It seems the water can be rather shallow and the fountain still sprays. (My water is 1.5 inches). I used inexpensive sterlite plastic containers filled with blue glass, surrounded by succulents and shells for an OC beachy, festive, nice sounding garden. Perhaps wrap the pump with a piece of mesh or nylon stocking to keep debris from going inside the pump.

It worked for a month, then suddenly stopped working for no reason. Very bad quality!

Installed this is my bird bath in the front yard. The birds love it! The solar panel works very well to keep it going. Want it off? Just flip the solar panel over and it's off. Small pump has suction cups on bottom so it stays put and there are several nozzles styles to choose from in how you want the fountain to look or spray. Very durable and sturdy. Slight assembly required. Overall a great little fountain.
