Not sure about this but, I've replaced mine 3 times. Not a Ford issue. I think it takes 8-13 bolts to secure, but I've had it done with 5-6. It fits.

The front valance under my 2014 Focus was broken and sagging near the back. This was the only one made just like the factory- plastic with a cloth-like covering. Perfect fit. Replaced all hardware when I installed this. Just like the factory.

Seems like the exact replacement for my Ford. It seems like the same hard cloth material. the other was just beat up. easy install, just take out the 6x screws and put the new one in. Screws should come out easy since they remove this anyway to change your oil.

Fit great. It’s thinner than the OEM one, but it seems sturdy enough to last a few years and keep the snow out this winter.
