I already own this exact chair from a previous order about a year ago, and it's fine. It's comfortable, and it was easy to put together, and it works as described. My uncle is looking for a similar chair, so I was happy to recommend this chair. I ordered this exact same one for him. This time, the holes are not lined up correctly so it's impossible to screw in all 4 screws in the back and still have it be stable. I'm really disappointed in the waste of time. My uncle is 94 and just wants to be comfortable, and now he has to wait even longer to get a decent chair. I wish the quality of this item was dependable, but it's not. Skip the waste of time and money and order from a quality source.

Cannot contact company Olixis. Went to website and hit "CONTACT US" but nothing happened. Tried the email provided by Amazon, but it came back MAILER DAEMON.

Easy to assemble for a seventy year old woman very comfortable nice texture and design. I used your wrench tool and needle nose plier to give a strong tie up finish, very please with my chair.

This chair is well padded and looks smart. It is a good office chair or goes well in a living room or bedroom. It was not too hard to put together for a 78 year old. Instructions are simple enough to understand. The chair is heavy to lift, but feels solid. It helps with sitting posture, too.

Easy to assemble - looks nice - comfortable.A suggestion, though you might already know this: assemble the seat first, but don't tighten the screws yet. After the back is in, then you can go back and tighten all the screws.

My GF had knee replacement surgery and we needed a chair she could sit in to do knee/leg exercises. This is perfect. Good height, nice stability, and comfortable enough (while not being too soft) that she can do her exercises for a long time without getting uncomfortable. This will help her get back to her old self in no time. Relatively easy assembly, with extra parts in case you lose one. Took about a half hour to put together. Not bad. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I bought this chair for my elderly mother to sit at her computer. I did not want anything with wheels that could roll out as she goes to sit down. It is light enough that she can slide it out to sit and she said it is so comfortable that she has even fallen asleep in it, which is why I also bought a chair with arms, so she has support from falling off it and also can steady herself when getting up out of it.
