I like the neutral color. I like that it has padded arms and seat. I am happy with the weight capacity. This is convenient for various sized people. The assembly was not so complicated. Having felt tips on the feet helps to protect the floors. The material needs improving to withstand more wear and tear especially in places with lots of people.

Great chair but two caps missing. Unsuccessful connecting with company so chair looks unfinished.

So let me start out by saying that this chair is very sturdy and once everything is tightened, hard, the chair feels nice and solid as if it was constructed and then welded together. The upholstery and cushioning feels pretty comfortable so in terms of office usage I think this is just fine. Also the weight limit is much higher than you normally see with chairs in this price point and it feels like it would take it no problem.I gave it full stars because of the attractiveness and the fact that it lives up to its claim. However I did have one very distinct problem with assembly and this is why I recommend you have two people. The metal pieces have a slight tension to them and you can't just put them next to each other and expect them to align. Once you connect any points of the seat to one of the rails you're going to have to both push and pull the back rest and one of the armrests in order to get into the premade, threaded, 3rd hole in the backrest.If you're one person you'll be trying to use your hip and both of your hands while trying to find the bolt hole. This can lead to tearing and other damage to the upholstery on the side of the backrest as you're trying to find the hole. I have a small amount of damage but you don't see it with the armrest in place.So basically you have to build it under tension. That's why you need the other person. I'd also recommend that you do the upper backrest bolt and the forward railing/seat bolt in that order and then you should be fine to push things around to find the rear bolt hole. You'll want to make sure to put things in nearly all the way but don't tighten it down 100% because you need a certain amount of slop and play to find the last hole under tension.So unfortunately the entire thing feels solid but as you're assembling it you feel like you're fighting the frame. I don't think there's a perfect alignment with these it feels like when they were created that there's no jig or other mechanism that kept them nice and true to each other. There's a slight amount of manufacturing variance and you're going to just manhandle through it. That's why you could accidentally damage the upholstery.On the last note I've not used the cleaner on this material yet but I can tell you that any bit of sweat actually causes a mark on this material. It doesn't just wipe off so if you're sweating on it as you're installing it you wind up with a few circular drop marks on it that don't just go away. Potentially leather cleaner would work on this, I don't own any and so it wasn't an option at the time.In terms of comfort and value I think this has it. This chair is wider to except a different body types and weights with ease. I think this will make a very good guest chair for someone's office potentially the chairs that face a desk for guests to use. They're versatile and attractive with some heft to them. They don't stack or interlink in any way.Overall if you have someone to help you assemble this and you take your time to prevent tearing or marking the upholstery trying to locate the internal threaded inserts to assemble this, I think this is a very good option over high priced office furniture you might find at a store.
