My old knob fell apart and this one was a prefect fit. At first it would not go on and I realized that the old metal sleeve was still on it since my old knob fell apart. After I took the old metal sleeve off it went right on no problems.

1998 Wrangler TJ, replaced the factory knob with this one but it was a pretty tight fit. It took a lot of effort to get this knob to fit securely to the rod but once I got it on, it’s on good! Now I can adjust the air speed with ease!I would recommend this product to replace the factory knob but be prepared to use a little common sense and push it on firm.

Works fine. Difficult to fit on, quite tight. Once lined up I had to use a rubber mallet to get it on.
