These were a perfect replacement for old, dry-rotted bump stops. I put a little liquid dish soap on the captured end, slipped the stop between the coil spring's loops, and the stop popped right into place.

Easy to install after chipping out the old one. Just jack up the jeep and support by Frame on jack stand the Jounce stop will slip onto place with a very light smear of dish soap. Do one side at a time. Make sure you have removed all of the old debris.
