The OMP HTE-R XL racing seat is a fantastic upgrade for anyone looking for a secure and comfortable racing experience. The FIA approval ensures top safety standards, and the fiberglass construction provides a great balance of strength and weight. The side bolsters give excellent lateral support, keeping me firmly in place through tight corners, while the harness openings are perfectly positioned for easy harness setup. The seat is spacious enough to accommodate larger drivers comfortably without compromising on support. Overall, it's a high-quality, durable seat that I’d highly recommend to any serious racer or track enthusiast!

I'm 6'1 and about 250lbs somewhat muscular build. I had two issues with how I fit in the seat. The height was good, seat was good, but hip area was too narrow. I also have very broad shoulders and the edges of the seat (the part protruding - below the halo section) pushes my shoulders forward. I sat in one for half an hour in a friend's car the other day and my back was sore when I got out. The one I'd ordered from Amazon also had a small hole in the fabric on the halo of the seat. Do a thorough examination if buying and having it shipped. It was a pain, but I ended up returning it. OMP, in general, is good value and fits American bodies relatively well, but I'm still on the hunt for a more comfortable option. That said, I would recommend it to most taller/bigger guys. I just have unusually wide shoulders and hips.
