No way the claimed 7amps draw is correct. burned out my ten amp fuse...have a fifteen amp in there now...if that gets burned, will upgrade the switch to handle the surge in amps.

This was a replacement for my current one which died.Less than 6 months and I am already seeing rust spots on the inside of the horn. If I am correct there is a 3 year warranty on it not rusting. Currently it is dry docked and under a boat cover after being thoroughly washed down. I will update any findings in about 6 months from now.

Great horn, great price. A big consideration was the stainless steel construction all around. Some horns use plastic components. The sound is deep and loud. It beats the factory horn that was standard equipment on my boat.
