Gosh, this thing seems bulletproof! And the lock appears especially high security. It will definitely securely lock your (e-bike) in my case. However it’s bulky and heavy. While I realized security and weight are on opposing extremes, you need to be prepared to haul such a large and heavy lock.It installs onto bikes and posts relatively easy, but alignment is critical. Because it’s not flexible, you don’t have any “wiggle” room. Ultimately I prefer a lock that’s more adjustable or accommodating for an abundance of posts, however this is definitely the more secure option.Recommend for the ultimate in security, but with the inconvenience of an especially large and heavy device.

Got this lock it's really sturdy, it's been called one of the best locks for its price. Locking picking lawyer recommended it because of its "unique locking mechanism" if you're looking for something in the 40-dollar price range I would definitely recommend this one. Only diamond-rated lock that I could find in this range and it is literally almost impossible to cut with bolt cutters. Comes with theft protection. It is a bit heavy but it comes with a mount and you can always put it in a bag or something

We bought this for our college freshman knowing that's the most unsafe place to leave a bike outdoors. Our initial reaction was it was too big and heavy, but after chaining it up, we were grateful it's big which makes it easy to get through his mountain bike frame and the post. The extra cable for the front wheel is handy and easy to use as well. From a design perspective, we like the yellow rubber on the end of the bar since the whole bar is not coated--I'm not sure how long it will hold up though. Also, the locking mechanism is on the underside of the middle which seems like a smart place to minimize rain and sleet getting in and jamming the lock like it might if it were on the end. The best part is that it came with 5 keys and the key code. We sent two with our freshman and kept three at home for good measure.

È il secondo che compro. Rapporto qualità/prezzo estremamente alto. Solido, ben fatto, chiavi sicure. Perfetto.

A friend of mine told me to get the biggest lock I could find when I got my road bike. I took what he said seriously and got this. It's huge, but it comes in handy. Some of the bike posts at school are really big and this lock has no problem securing my bike from the wheel and frame. The cable it comes with is great as well for securing the back tires. With my friends we even use this lock to secure up the three bikes some times. It's really tough and doesn't feel like someone can get through this thing easily. Unless if they have an angle grinder, but if that's the case then they're determined to steal your bike.

I recently purchased a new bike, and wanted to make sure it was protected against theft. My last bike, a Mongoose from Walmart, was stolen while locked up one night. The jerk just used bolt cutters to get right through the lock I had, it was a cheap bike and a cheap lock so I wasn't too disappointed. However, after spending over $500 on my bike this time around I wanted something that offered a little more protection. Enter the OnGuard Pitbull. This thing is heavy, and I would love to see someone try to cut this thing with standard bolt cutters. The title is misleading, as the cable it comes with is 4 feet, not 4 inches. It' great, actually thicker than the one that held my last bike "safe," it just needs a padlock to close it up. The mounting bracket attaches easily, and the lock is out of the way while riding. It comes with a set of 5 keys, one of which has an LED light to help find the lock in the dark- very useful for finding anything dropped on the ground as well. I read several places to get a lock that was 10% the price of your bike, so I took this to heart when I got this lock, not quite 10%, but I feel I got a good deal on it. Shipping took a little longer than expected but it was well-packaged and arrived the day before I got my bike. Their $2000 or so theft protection guarantee is pretty nice as well, in case someone can actually break this thing.
