The item is sturdy and durable. Unfortunately it got damaged in shipping. The crate got bend and now it is hard to align the pieces to connect the together. I am not strong enough to straighten them. The clasps to connect the pieces were missing so I am using zip ties and provided screws. It is definitely easier to have someone help you assemble it. I needed the display soon and didn’t have time to mess with replacing this one.

It is a good product but throw away the tiny screws and use a bunch of zip ties. We use this for craft fairs, when onsite, we pull out the assembled base and then use lots of zip ties to attach the walls together and to the base.The tiny screws that were included are flimsy and barely, if at all, fit into the sides of the wall.

Clips did not secure panels solidly. Had to use zip ties. Otherwise, I love it.

Great Rack. Received it without the caster wheels, but the company mailed them out immediately. Instructions would be great and I could not figure out how to use the connectors so I used white zip ties,
