The zippers were not good. When the zippers were pulled closed, they'd still open up, and they were difficult to move. I was fighting with this bag from the beginning. Perhaps it was just this particular bag, but I didn't want to take a chance on exchanging it for another. I returned the bag the day I received it.

This bag is perfect for portable operations for Field Day or for POTA activations.I'm able to pack my ICOM 706MK2G transceiver, MFJ-936B Loop tuner with multiple radiators, MFJ-949C tuner, long wire antennas, Chameleon EMCOMM II antenna, 25 ft. of RG8X coax, coax jumpers, rope, Anderson power pole kit with crimper, heat shrink kit, assorted tools and my full size laptop and all the accessories for FT8 operation. I'll write an update after field day in June 2025. Gave it 4 stars because the shoulder strap was missing.

There were no reviews when I purchased this bag so I may be one of the first. I received this bag today and to my surprise it was big. I know that the descriptions say that it is big, but you. never know until you actually get the product.I am a podcaster who has to regularly lug around a bunch of equipment and was looking for something to replace the bulky heavy wheeled tote I was using. This gig bag is great. Every piece of equipment that I use went into this bag. Including microphones, all the wires needed, webcams, an 8 channel mixer, power cords, and room for a Laptop and I pad that we use. There is a lot of extra space as well for all the small things that you may need.It seems to be made durable with pretty good zippers on it. The only thing is the zipper on the outside zip up compartment has a small pucker at the end and it seems like it would be easy for the zipper to come off track if you are not carful.Great bag for the money.
