Ordered three of these - two had no plastic anchors at all, the third had 4 anchors out of 5. If you want quality product where you get items as-advertised, look elsewhere.

These are great, and very handy for holding back any kind of cord or cable. You can remove the plastic u-shaped apparatus and the screws will work great in stucco.
