I put this to work hauling 2x8x14s and other lumber up a mountain piece by piece to build a cabin. Also hauled heavy rocks and my dog likes to sit back there on rides. Great value for the money

This front ATV rack works great for me! It's more sturdy than I thought that it would be, so, that's good. It was pretty easy to install. Would buy another.

Lightweight but quality seems to be good. Installation was straightforward, I added some additional u-bolts for added stability. Fit was good for an older Yamaha Big Bear 400

I have another one of these from another manufacturer, from 2006. I don’t know the name of the manufacturer as it was a long time ago, but the older one was much higher quality than this unit. This unit is extremely fragile compared to the other, and the hardware that was included is flimsy and not complete. This unit would be fine for a chainsaw, gas can and tools around the property, however, I would never dare to load a deer into this as I don’t think it would hold up. The wire mesh appears to be very light duty. I Used some of my hardware I had from other projects to complete the install. If I were to do this again, I’d look for a higher quality product.

HD is just what I have always needed to carry items around with a basket that doesn’t let things fall out. Has high sides for large carrying capacity.Very proud of this basket. I mounted mine directly to carrying frame. I will never want to remove it, & it’s easier & stronger. I repainted it to match color of mounting rack.

It's Sturdy and well built. So far I have seen no indications of rust or corrosion such has been noted in other reviews. I do keep my ATV in a garage when not utilizing. I did have to fashion a couple of braces out of some 1/2 inch square tubing I had, and it was also anodized black aluminum so it looks like it came with the basket. With the addition of that, I was able to securely mount the basket using the hardware provided and so far it has not moved at all when riding. Its a good value for the money and I would recommend.

Update:After posting, I immediately received a message from the seller (actually 2). They offered to fully replace the unit, no questions asked. I declined the offer in that mine was not a concern at that level. Had I been upset, I am sure all would have been rectified. The fact they offered was more than sufficient. I am not one who tries to get something for free or burden small business.If you are purchasing, just be aware that the hardware may fit, but if not there are several alternatives. I'd also suggest using the knobs if not used to mount to the ATV or wing nuts to connect the drop down section for easy removal, leaving just the flat section behind the seat. The mounting studs on the flat section help make this removal/remounting simple.Based on the commitment to making it right, I have escalated my rating to 5 stars! The product itself appears it will work well to carry the tools I use for clearing our horse trails. I urge you to consider this seller.===========Received item on time. Padding on smaller basket part not in correct location so scratched inside of larger basket during shipment. Welding and alignment of parts poor… alignment and sizes of parts very sloppy. Had to “adjust “ some parts with mallet to get holes to align. As mentioned by others, hardware not of value. Could not determine a good way to fasten to SUV. Used some appropriately sized U-bolts instead. Hardware for fastening drop down basket was 4 bolts and nuts. Removing the drop down basket would be a chore when not needed. Used 4 of the hold down knobs instead of nuts. Had to use some spacer to avoid the frame on one side (alignment again).3 stars because now that it is mounted it will work.
