Needed an RS-232 cable, and here one is.This cable works just fine. Like most, it contains a USB to Serial chip and a cable that supports USB to Serial and one that is Serial to RS-232 3-pin.This works well if you happen to have a device that uses that phoenix connector, but even if your device doesn't you can remove this connector and wire in your own.Cable seems to be pretty good quality, and so far I have had no issues other than getting Windows to recognize it and install an appropriate driver. Had to fiddle with it for a hot minute then it just started working, and had no issues since. Not complaining, as I have had issues like this with other cables (FTDI for radios and whatnot), but worth mentioning that you may have some difficulty getting windows 11 to recognize it. No support for this item really on OREI's site (no drivers, for instance). So really only reason for the lost star.
