I suffered from indigestion every day so I eliminated many foods I was eating, including coffee (I was a triple espresso drinker! I tried many herbal teas and most did not agree with me until I found this one. I forgot where I bought my first box so I ordered from Amazon. I also learned that herbal tea should be stepped for 8 mins before drinking which to me made it more flavorful. I love this tea!

This is one of my favorite teas and I haven't been able to find it in any of my local stores. I love it for days when my allergies get too bad or if I've got a cold - the lemon and ginger settle my stomach and adding just a teaspoon of honey helps soothe an irritated throat. I received 6 cellophane wrapped boxes of 18 individually foil wrapped tea bags at a great price. The tea is fresh thanks to the packaging. It arrived in perfect condition. I'm once again enjoying the light lemon-y and ginger taste of this tea! It's much better than the STASH Lemon Ginger Tea I tried as a substitute.
