I'm having a lot of musculoskeletal problems and needed support when sleeping to keep from tossing and turning all night. I actually bought 2. I use one in front of me and one behind me. My tossing and turning came to an abrupt halt the first night! I've been getting much better sleep ever since. The pillows are the perfect thickness and stiffness for me. They will contour to any position I put them in. Very pleased with the quality. Ordered the pillow cases by same company and they fit perfectly and look and feel very nice. Highly recommend.

This is a very thick pillow! My previous pillow was flat and just didn't have any support. I often have abdominal issues and having this pillow against me all night helps alleviate them. The pillow is not too thick that it's uncomfortable to put your leg over it. I've had this pillow several weeks now and usually sleep all night hugging this pillow and it's very comfortable. I would recommend this pillow to anyone who doesn't want a flat pillow or a pillow that seems like it will go flat in no time.

Follow instructions. When you take it out and fluff it, leave it for the full 24 hours!!! I left it for 48 hours and am so glad I did. I think the only people complaining about the pillow not expanding enough probably got impatient and used the pillow too soon.My pillow is almost too fluffy! I like feeling a little enclosed and this pillow is nice for that. You can lay in the middle and use the two sides as arm rests. It's nice for the neck and body.I've fallen asleep literally ON it because it's so comfortable. Just right in the middle of my living room. Definitely one of my best buys of the last year.

Quality control is bad I guess. Some say their pillow came tightly filled but my pillow has nowhere near enough stuffing in it. Once you open it and let it expand there is of course no way to ship it back if you are not happy. Even after fluffing, washing and drying, it is way under filled. I will try to get some more stuffing to expand it out so it fills its cover. I did post a question here about getting more filling but no answers. Mine will need about 50% more to make it filled out enough. As you can see from my photos, even with the part that has stuffing very loosely filled, there is at least 6 or 8" at the bottom with nothing in it. At least there is a zipper on one end to make it easier to fill it. I did get a pillowcase that was smaller than the pillow (20X52"), but that was not a fix - still too unfilled as in photos. Don't go by how it looks in this listing, mine does not fill out the cover anything like the pictures show. Maybe I just got a dud?Update: I got 3 pounds of pillow filling at our local Jo-Anne Fabrics and that filled it up well. It equated probably to about 1/2 more than the pillow came with so it really was underfilled. Plus this fix added about $15.00 to the cost of the pillow. Not great but now I at least have a pillow that is more than a pancake. It looks overstuffed now in the 3rd photo but I took it after just cramming the 3 pounds in with my hand. After I smoothed it out a bit and distributed the filling to the corners, it really is perfect. Remember it is in a smaller pillowcase also so that helped some also. Like my headline says it is overall a well-made pillow with a zipper. Just hope you get one with enough stuffing.

My 2nd Wamsutta body pillow has gone flat and it was time for a new one. I was a little hesitant to purchase this based on price alone. I have included pictures just so you can see the massive difference. This product comes in an airtight package so it is extremely flat. You just need to fluff it up squish it fold it etc. I left it on the end of my bed overnight and it was even more fluffy and full in the morning. I would say it's almost 2 full but it is adjustable so you can take out some of the filling. It's amazing for leaning up against if you're reading or watching TV in bed. Very comfortable. If you don't take any of the stuffing out it's a little too big to use as a body pillow as it puts your arm and leg a little too high. Again problem solved by removing some of the filling. All in all I am happy with my purchase and as long as it doesn't go flat I'll continue to be happy with it. It does seem to be made well and with quality materials. There is no smell either.

Well after looking at a million different body pillows on Amazon I finally just picked this one and hoped for the best! Haha. It came vacuum sealed in a box and when I took it out it started to fluff up right away. Looks good and clean. No weird smell or anything like that. A day later and it was super puffed up and more full than I expected it to be. It’s firm yet still squishy. So far it has not dented in or the stuffing has not moved around. I don’t expect it to last forever I usually get a new one each year.Great for the price.***update 1.5 years later- this pillow has held up!! Unbelievable. I mean it’s like a little lumpier from being squished by legs and such, but still very supportive and fluffy. This old review popped up and I thought I would add this. 😂

I got this pillow for my birthday so I bought it for my husband. It stays fluffy never flattens. The pillow case it came with is soft and is cool to the touch at all times.
