So far so good. I've gotten away from wearing the metal jewelry so much and these retainers are so cute and just as sturdy. I would love some with a shorter bar but these work perfectly.

2 of them (the rose and the one with the rhinestone) were really rough and irritated the roof of my mouth, the only one that felt fine was the plain clear one
