I bought these cause I thought they would be cute for Valentine’s Day.. I put them in a week ago and I’ve gone through 3 of them because they do not stay tight. I’ve swallowed 2 hearts and bit through another one and my tooth chipped because it came undone while I was eating. It doesn’t matter how tight I tighten them they come undone at least once a day and I have never ever had this problem.. if I could return these I absolutely would.

super fun to wear but will def leave a weird heart shaped indent on your tounge and the colored plastic ball provided break the second u hit your teeth on them, so i started using a regular titanium ball on the bottom and that seems to have fixed the issue. quality should definitely be better considering this is jewelry that gets put in your mouth, but they’re cute so i guess ill give it a pass lmao

These are not worth it. They don't stay screwed and I ended up swallowing all of the tops of the jewelery. Seriously disappointed and ridiculously dangerous. Would give 0 stars, if I could.
