This pair of hanging lamps require quite a few AA batteries, but they did come with the bulbs, work great, and look super cute! They give off a soft but bright enough light that is perfect for sitting out on the porch at night. I have rechargeable batteries so at least I won't have to keep buying a lot more of them, but can use them over and over again. The style is woven natural Boho in appearance, which is very attractive and perfect for an outdoor settings. They seem to be sturdy enough and easy to use, with the shades made of bamboo, they're waterproof so can operate out in the elements, and also come with remote controls that allow you to dim them or set timers. But you can also use the manual on/off switch to basically turn them on and off. It's like having real indoor pendant lights outside which makes it feel like you have extended your living area to include a more luxurious, warm, inviting outdoor space. You can use them on your porch, in a tent, in a gazebo, or just hanging from a tree. They're pretty cool!

We are using these lights on the patio, and they make a beautiful statement. The whole look is fun and beautiful. Once you get them set up (the battery chamber in each pendant takes 4 AA batteries; each remote is already equipped with a CR2025 battery) and get the bulbs all set up, and hang them, they are GREAT lights! I love the idea of hanging them in a tree!!! (I saw that in the online product photos.) So far we are using them on our patio with other lights (lanterns!), and it's a fun look. These really help to create a warm and inviting ambience. What a fun and nice set of pendant lights. The remote is a little bit cheapish and funky (but most are, in these types of lights these days), and getting the CR2025 battery out of the remote is a teeny-weeny bit of a chore, but you won't be replacing that regularly, and it's not a deal breaker. The pendant light, in any case, can be turned on and off via a button on its main battery compartment, which is nice (unless it is hanging too high up to reach it...). The cord on each pendant is very long! This means that you have a lot of options for hanging these at different heights! These lights bring a lot of joy (and some nice light!) to our outdoor environment. The design is beautiful. These lights are useful, functional, and they are beautiful to look at.

Installation was a breeze, and these lights are surprisingly bright for battery-operated units. The remote control is essential for adjusting settings when mounted high.

Easy to install. Surprisingly bright considering it runs on batteries. Remote control is a necessity if you have to hang them up high. The color options are cool but really not my thing. Overall for the price these are absolutely worth it. No need to call an electrician out to get some light out on our back porch.

Cute little battery operated lights. They aren't very bright but the use of replaceable batteries makes them very easy to install wherever you want them, even for temporary use. They are fairly small but would make good accent/practical lights.Personally, I think they are a bit expensive for what you get, but they do look nicer than most inexpensive lights so there is some value related to the price.

Bought these for my apartment balcony. They are definitely renter friendly. The light is a warm light and you can adjust the brightness as well as put on a timer for 2,4,6 or 8 hours to come on the same time every day using the remote. I had them up in about 5 minutes. Tried them on a 6 hour timer and with good batteries lasted about a week and a half. The batteries are easy to replace. I absolutely love the look of these. Makes the balcony feel so cozy at night. The illumination is perfect for my space.

Very cute, petite pendant lights. Works well. Comes 2 shade, shatter proof bulbs, and 2 remotes per box. Please be aware either remote controls both lights. However, the remote must be pointed directly at battery box, not the pendant light. AA batteries not included.Very easy to put together and long cord for hanging. Perfect brightness for small areas. Good value, would recommend.
