So sturdy and love that it comes with multiple keys for the lock. This makes leaving on vacation so much easier as no one's leaving my water on. Don't mind if neighbors use my water on the side of my home as it's closer than theirs on that side. But their littles keep the water running haha and I can't afford 3 weeks of water bills and the damage that might happen. 10/10!!

I got this because my dogs somehow turned one of the outdoor spigots on and water was flowing for at least a day before we noticed. This seems like it will prevent them from doing so again, but I'm not sure how well it would hold up to a human who wanted to get through it. The metal seems thin and cheap - I kind of think it may rust fairly quickly. It's also very loose on the spigot handle, but again, it's just to stop my dogs from turning the water on again, so for my purpose it should be fine. The key was a little funky getting in the lock, but not too difficult - I decided to keep one of the keys in the lock so it's easier to access if needed.

Making sure to conserve water and keep an eye on the use of water in the backyard, I've been searching for a tool to use on our faucet. In the backyard sometimes the kids turn on the water to play in the mini pool, but forget to shut it off (or even let me know so I can shut it off.) I've been researching what can be put on the spigot so I'd know who is using the water and more importantly to make sure I can shut it off so we don't waste.The outdoor faucet lock has been a perfect tool to fix my backyard water concerns. It was easy to install. After placing the lock on the cover, I don't need to worry about unexpected water use. When the kids want to fill their mini pool, they come to find me to unlock the faucet and after the mini pool is full, I lock it up again. Not only will we waste less water, it's important to remind them that we all need to conserve water so hoses shouldn't be running all the time. Overall, I found this faucet to be a great tool for our home and I'd definitely recommend it.

Nice faucet lock set. The lock itself is designed to be protected from bolt cutters. However, the key is a bit difficult to get to work.

This is a good faucet lock for those situations when one just cannot leave an unguarded faucet handle in public. It does its job as expected. Supplied with locks and keys - very handy. The inner edges around the faucet stem are rough/sharp, so keep fingers out! Recommended.

I used this on an outdoor spigot on a building that had been being accessed by neighbors. It snapped on with no issues- and the lock was effective enough. The lock has a mostly covered shackle, but it's definitely lower quality and a motivated individual would get past it with ease- but I'm really just dissuading unauthorized use (I prefer to not shut off the supply because access requires 24 hour notice otherwise) I also covered the lock with a bag and rubber band and spare silica pack to help protect it from the elements- but I imagine the lock will need to be replaced in the next several years.The cover itself is good- it closes well, and feels secure. Again- it won't stop someone who's truly motivated- but I don't think that would be an issue for my particular application.

I must admit I got this mostly for the little lock. It is not only a unique style of key, but the shape is like a large protected shackle padlock, but miniature. The knob lockout device is all stainless, so it would be good for outdoor use, and perfect for a hose bib. However, it is big enough to fit over normal door knobs, even interior knobs with a lock button or twist lock.It may not be 100% secure, but it would prevent casual unauthorized use. Someone with a large pair of plyers or other way to bypass it would get through it with some effort, but like most locks it will keep honest people honest.
