I installed this on my '99 XT225 with no problems at all. Pre-soaked the discs in amsoil full synthetic for 48 hrs, installed without a hitch, and filled the bike back up with yamalube full synth. It's really nice and grabby and I look forward to replacing the clutch on my other bike with one of these as well.

IDK, I made sure not to use synthetic with the Kevlar, but I feel like it doesn't lock up great. Yes I adjusted cable, pivot arm, and tried shimming the basket. I guess Ill see how long it lasts...

I have ordered a couple Outlaw Racing clutch kits for a couple different Yamaha dirt bike models. Each one has been high quality and a perfect fit. The kit makes it easy to replace all the potential clutch parts without experimenting with the various pieces.
