Was excited about this greenhouse but quickly learned it is not built for durability or multi-year use. The plastic breaks too easily from rain or snow on it and the metal poles bend and rust quickly.

Plastic connectors broke after the first rain. Split right down the middle. After putting it together, I tested with a hose and water pooled on the roof. The design doesn't allow rain to roll off (needs at least one more horizontal support across the roof). I didn’t need the tie downs because I anchored it to a solid structure, so I used the green ties that came with it to add horizontal support to the roof. Tested with hise again, and most of the wayer rolled off. Fine. However, the green ties are very weak. After the first rain, maybe 5 lbs of water sitting on top stretched them permanently. Without the support, two connectors split. The outer cover is not a single piece. There's a large seam on the roof where two pieces are joined that leaks. Luckily rain did not pool there; I suspect it would rip easily. The plastic is at least waterproof except for that seam, and it does hold heat well.So three problems:1. The original design is faulty, allowing rain to pool on the roof.2. The green tie-downs are extremely weak. I wouldn't trust them as tie downs at all, personally.3. Leaks at the seam. It's not really worth the hassle of disassembling and returning, so I'll piece it back together with glue or maybe duct tape and add actual paracord to support the roof enough that rain rolls off. But just know that You're buying a really weak frame and a shoddy plastic cover. Overall I recommend something else.

I managed to put the greenhouse together by myself in about an hour. Lots of pieces, but not too complicated once you get going. Tent material seems fine, but the frame isn't strong enough to keep the tent rigid on its own. If you don't lean this thing up against a wall, it will sag down and look like it's being crushed. It has held up in the wind fairly well so far, but I have it placed in a wind-sheltered area so it isn't seeing any extremes. The shelves aren't designed to hold much weight, but I went ahead and zip-tied them to the frame. Now they hold more weight, but the frame of the tent starts to sag when you put more than 5 or 10 pounds on them. You definitely won't be able to fill them up with planters.I am happy with what I got, but I never intended this tent to be permanent. Get one, try it out, then get a better one.

This green house product exceeded my expectations. I do have a few pointers and ideas that may help IF you are thinking of purchasing this item. For starters, the instructions are all "by numbers" and have a diagram of how the pieces go together. Surprisingly there is no written text. I recommend following the picture steps in order and not skipping each step. The parts that came with my purchase came separated in bags. I recommend matching each part group to the corresponding picture and labeling the parts in order [ie. Parts "A",parts"B",etc.].The time it took putting this green house together by myself was an hour and 20 minutes from opening the box it came in to the complete build. I had to use another person to assist with sliding the actual canopy over the frame. After building the green house,I purposely zipped up both entrance ways for an hour and then entered the green house. It was really humid [outside the green house it was 70* and inside it was 90*].Some side items I purchased for my green house was a battery operated light for the inside; a battery operated fan;a thermometer/ humidity meter to check/adjust the humidity and temperature inside the green house. The wire shelves that came with the green house are not as strong to hold heavy items(max item weight 5lbs). Also, the shelves fit loose on the frames. To remedy this,I used zip ties to secure the wire shelves to the frame. As a precaution, be careful when using the zipper to enter and exit. The zipper is not heavy duty. All in all,I rate this product as a "10".-M

This greenhouse was very easy to assemble. Took about an hour to put together. by myself Would be easier with 2 people to put the plastic cover over the frame. With that being said, with the first heavy rainfall the plastic cover caved in and broke the frame. The frame bent and the elbow connectors broke. Cannot be fixed. Also the zippers are cheaply made and also broke. Did not even get 1 months use of out this. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. Would not recommend this greenhouse.Update: the company reached out to me which I was not expecting. They wanted to make this right which I really appreciate. They offered to send me a replacement or a refund. Just for their customer service I’d give them 5 stars because they truly did a great job in turning this around. Brought up their rating from 1 to 3 stars taking into consideration their customer service. However I would still not recommend this product.

We bought the 10x5x7 and love it. The material is strong and resembles tent material. The framing is light weight and easy to assemble and is easier if pre arranged and separated by size and shapes for the connectors. It is a 2 person job getting the cover over the frame and not recommended to do in wind as it does try to parachute. This requires patience to work the cover over to fit nicely and is very challenging. We attached our own d-ring hardware to the house and tied the backside to those. The tie down anchors are flimsy so we tied the front side of the cover the bottom corner of the frame. The nylon strings work fine and seem strong. The bottom flaps are held down by heavy bricks both to keep the greenhouse from flying away in heavy Arizona wind and also keep out bunnies looking for a snack. The shelves are built in. The planters are mine to illustrate function. Overall, we are very happy with this product and believe it is worth the challenges. We had a storm after putting it up (high winds) and the greenhouse was unaffected.
