I love the look and sound. It’s a beautiful design…but I’ve now had to return two of them because they leaked due to cracks and damage.

This fountain is cheap for a reason. It’s gets everything within 2 feet soaking wet and you have to refill it at least every 8-12 hours.

Unfortunately, the fountain didn't function correctly and was unuseable. I reached out to Aosom Direct to discuss the problem. They tried to help me troubleshoot but as soon as it was clear it was an unsolveable problem .. they immediately offered to replace it but found out it was out of stock and so they immediately refunded my money. I really appreciated that!

First like water fountain but the fountain access door him back to not have a door with it outside like birds and cats trying to get water to drink
