My shower base arrived with a chip and hairline fracture near the front drain. I wrote to OVE before Christmas to start the return.OVE said I would hear from a representative but birds are still chirping. Nothing yet.

The one thing keeping it from getting 5 stars was the fact that I has to install the lip around the edge that prevents water damage. The tile backer board goes down to this. I was required to buy silicone caulk and screw it into the base. I hope it never leaks. Time will tell. Looks great though.

The picture on website shows the drain cover same color as the shower base but mine is a darker white on drain cover compare to shower base.Is this a mistake and the drain cover should be acrylic white like the shower base?….it looks odd with mismatched colors.

Great product with excellent workmanship. Comes with very easy to follow installation instructions. Terrific customer service: I needed an additional 32" flange to complete a special "three-and-a-half wall" installation. Spoke with Keith and the additional piece was sent out promptly....... best of all, NO CHARGE!
