The chair came in two sections, same time! The chair is exactly as pictured and as described.Easy to put togethor, feet, backing and arm rests to the chair. It’s a lot of cushion and so far very pleased with it and is comfortable too.We will see if it holds up within time. I did add some more cushion / fluff to the inside of main chair pillow to make it more plump but that’s no big deal: it’s just my preference.

Update: I've had this chair for almost a month now and I still LOVE it! It's the coziest reading chair. I also love relaxing with my dog while watching TV.This chair is everything I dreamed it to be. I would give it 4.5 stars if possible. The only reason it is not a 5 star is because the back cushion could be taller. As it is, my head touches the back of the chair which is harder. It is not uncomfortable though. Just not as fluffy as the rest of the chair. The ottoman is great too. The "beige" is colored just like the picture. It is more of an off white/creame color. The fabric is as soft as it looks!
