I am very disappointed with this furniture and surprised others have rated it high. The cushions look good until you sit on them. The foam is not a good quality and when you sit it shrinks to almost nothing. It is the same with the back pillow. The chairs over all are uncomfortable. They sit very low and the backs are short. Anyone over my height of 5’ 2” hang over. I do not recommend them at all!

Well-made, stylish, comfortable, & reasonably affordable! Faux rattan that seems incredibly durable, plush cushions for being polyester, and the overall water-resistance is great so far (in the PNW)! Packaged well in just one large box, and straightforward one-person assembly with just one type of screw (supplied, along with allen wrench). We are incredibly happy with our patio conversion set, and were floored by the AMAZING customer service we received after reaching out about a small issue when ordering through Amazon (lesson learned: buy from Pamapic directly, as they stand behind their products)! Highly recommended & would order again in a heartbeat — thanks, Pamapic!!

Attractive, easy assembly, functions well - nice wide seats. Very pleased with this purchase and I usually am a bit disappointed in these types of outdoor furniture.

I'm very pleased with this patio set: it's very sturdy, elegant, and assembly was easy. It was well-packaged and included all the necessary hardware (one type of screw, washers, Allen wrench). I'm not handy and the instructions were easy to follow. It only took me a little over an hour to put it together. I also love the sky blue/Robin blue color for the cushions. Very reasonably-priced. You won't be disappointed!

Arrived in good condition and the material is soft not the harder style and colour is really nice. Easy enough to put together but would not fully tighten until you have all the screws in and than get them in good. I used a drill to make sure they were god and tight. Really sturdy and definitely recommend

Before anything else I say, this is the most important: DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN BOLTS ON EACH CHAIR BEFORE YOU HAVE THEM ALL IN AND ONLY GIVEN A COUPLE TURNS. That is VERY important. You will need the wiggle room to fully match up all the holes properly. I am fully convinced that those complaining about holes not matching up did not leave all the bolts loose enough at first.Now with that being said, I absolutely love this set. Yes it's cheap. You're going to get what you paid for. I had the choice of spending $800 on a set that looked very similar at a local store. Although I know it was built a little better, I wasn't going to spend that much. This set is an excellent value for the slightly less in quality, but it still seems like I should get a few years use out of it. The supports for the seat are what I was most disappointed in, being they are only a few twisted ropes of the same stuff the plastic wicker seems to be made of, with the woven plastic wicker on top. It seems strong enough, says will hold 350 pounds, so we'll see.It arrived in 2 boxes, at the same time. My son put them together with an occasional extra hand by me, but could easily be assembled by one person. It took about half an hour for all 3 items. The cushions do seem a little "slippery" but I think a couple squares of velcro underneath will take care of that. I also plan to buy covers for the chairs to protect from the sun and weather.It's very comfortable, perfect size for my patio. We've had it less than a day, assembling it as soon as it arrived late this afternoon. If there's a change in my opinion due to problems, I'll definitely update.

I try not to give bad reviews without communicating with the manufacturer but, this one has me upset. I purchased this set and was anticipating assembly and finishing off my porch. When I opened the box, I instantly noticed I was missing the hardware. I attempted to call the number for Pamapic and the number was a non-working number. I contacted Amazon and they were quick to partially refund me for the hardware. I then laid everything out and discovered that the box is also missing the two sides to complete the second chair and the cushion. It seems well made. The color is nice. If the missing parts are shipped, I'll assemble and update my review.**UPDATE**After communicating with the company, I was able to get all the correct parts to complete my order. It appears to be a 2 box order and box 1 of 2 never arrived. Nicole was very helpful in getting this resolved. Finished product seems sturdy enough. At first I thought the cushion were too thin but, with the woven material in construction of chair the cushions are adequate. Just what I was needing for my porch.
