Did absolutely nothing for me, other than make my shoe fit poorly . Tried both under and over socks, as my feet get desperately cold at work. . Tried with different boots??

Overall really nice booties. Not receiving 5 starts due to a slight fit issue. Little bits of water still get in to your toes as the tightness isn’t super strong around your foot. For reference I’m a men’s shoe size 9.5

I suffer from Raynaud's Syndrome and parts of my feet and toes go numb and turn white. Socks and slippers don't always do the trick. These work great to keep the cold floor away from my feet. I wear them under my socks so they don't slip off. Works great.

A good idea that just didn’t work for me. You need to have plenty of toe box room in your shoe for this to work properly.
